Power of Attorney Maker

The Power of Attorney Maker application uses an automated power of attorney form (template) to create a power of attorney. This application allows you to create a general or limited power of attorney designed in accordance with U.S. law. The power of attorney form allows an individual (the principal) to appoint an agent (attorney-in-fact) to make decisions and conduct business on his or her behalf. The agent or attorney-in-fact can handle a wide range of matters, including financial, guardianship, or tax responsibilities (depending on the authority granted). The Power of Attorney application modifies the POA text automatically using an automated template in which the desired options are selected by the user. The Power of Attorney template saves all entered data between sessions.
